| Buying a new home doesn't have to be stressful. In fact, it
should be a wonderful experience, no matter what your age or position in
life.
In order to help you through the process, we have developed a very
effective and efficient procedure that we're sure will help you achieve
all of your goals and objectives.
STEP ONE:
Contact Robert Kirwan for an appointment.
This is the first step in the process and will help you understand
fully what Nature's Haven has to offer.
We have an on-site office that makes it convenient for meeting with our
prospective customers. It allows us to show you some of the samples of the
products that we will be using in our home construction and also enables
us to take you on a brief tour of the lots and homes that are already
under construction.
When you finish this first meeting you will completely understand what
you need to do in order to become part of Nature's Haven Parkland Estates.
We are sure that you will also be absolutely convinced that a Nature's
Haven Custom Built Home will compare favourably with any other home on the
market in all ways, including price.
What you get for your money in a Nature's Haven Custom Built Home is
far more than you could ever imagine.
STEP TWO:
The next step is for you to select the model and design of the home
that you would like to have us build for you.
This will require you to select an appropriate size in square footage
since that is the key element in the pricing.
For example, we can provide you with an 1045 square foot bungalow on a
lot that is up to 10,500 square feet in area for as low as $279,000. The only way
the price would be higher is if the exterior design contains some unusual
architectural elements that will require work that is highly unusual.
Once we have arrived at a floor plan for the main house as well as a
floor plan for the basement, you will meet with the builder to make sure
that all of our changes are in fact possible. It is at that time that you
will discuss the stone and brick that you would like on the exterior.
STEP THREE:
Once you are completely satisfied with the design and structure of your
chosen home, we will then select the lot that you would like for your home
and prepare a Purchase and Sales Agreement that will contain the agreed
upon price and conditions that must be fulfilled by both parties in order
for the transaction to take place. You will then take this agreement to
your lawyer for review.
At that time we will also set a target closing date so that you know
when your home will be ready.
STEP FOUR:
Once all of the conditions of the Purchase and Sales Agreement have
been met, we will begin the process of selecting your choice of finishes
and products that will go into the construction of your home. This
includes the type of flooring, kitchen cabinets, colours for the rooms,
etc.
You will be able to supervise the construction from Day One. Any time
you would like a tour of your home you just have to contact Robert Kirwan
to set up an appointment and he will take you through. You can meet with
the builder at any time to have questions answered. We want you to be
completely satisfied with your home and have the peace of mind that this
will indeed be your "dream home".
STEP FIVE:
When the closing date comes you will move into your new house and begin
the next chapter of your life as a completely satisfied member of Nature's
Haven Parkland Subdivision. |
