operations consultation with The Client over the phone or email when

the necessary arrangements for annual renewals of name registration,
etc.;

the web site as part of the Infocom Canada network system. |

DISBURSEMENTS
|

Any disbursements which are incurred by
Infocom Canada Business Consultants Inc. in carrying out the requests of
the Client or which are necessary as part of the basic web site management
services will be added to the monthly invoice.
Verification of the
disbursements will be provided.
Disbursements will include charges for
materials, computer programs, service fees from other specialists, set-up
charges, activation charges, etc. which are necessary to perform the
required tasks. |
